We offer a free of charge feasibility survey where we visit your home and talk through your plans for changing the property. We review any risks and challenges as well as capturing all the ideas you have and providing initial design input. 

The next step involves visiting your property to carry out a detailed, measured survey. This ensures we collect exact measurements and features of your home to enable accurate drawings to be produced.
 

At this stage, we will take the client's brief and combine your ideas with ours, creating a set of plans that start to bring your project to life. 

These plans can include: 

        - Existing Plans and Elevations
       - Proposed Plans and Elevations
       - Location Plan
       - Setting Out Information
       - Electrical Layouts
       - 3D Modelling 

From this, we then look to firm up ideas and provide our clients with a set of plans they are happy with, can price from and have the potential to be successful at Planning.

Once our clients are happy with the designs, we can assist with the submission of the planning application. 

We liaise directly between yourselves and the Local Authorities, updating you on progress as we go and taking care of any queries they may have. 

Our goal is to provide you with an approved decision on your plans.
