We offer a free of charge feasibility survey where we visit your home and talk through your plans for changing the property. We review any risks and challenges as well as capturing all the ideas you have and providing initial design input. 

From this, we then provide our fee quote to you and progress to the Site Survey. 

The next step involves visiting your property to carry out a detailed, measured survey. This ensures we collect exact measurements and features of your home to enable accurate drawings to be produced. 

We'll also review your ideas again with you to capture all the information needed to bring your ideas to life and produce the planning drawings needed for your application. 

Once the Site Survey has been completed, we the start to create a full Planning Pack of information - creating drawings to match your proposals and considering requirements needed to make a successful application to the Local Authority. 

These Planning drawings we can provide are: 

        - Existing Plans and Elevations
       - Proposed Plans and Elevations
       - Location Plan
       - 3D Modelling 

We create a draft set of plans for you to review and can make revisions needed until you are happy. 

Once our clients are happy with the designs, we can assist with the submission of the planning application. 

We will write and submit the application needed and liaise directly between yourselves and the Local Authorities, updating you on progress as we go and taking care of any queries they may have. 

Our goal is to provide you with an approved decision on your plans, be it Planning Permission or Permitted Development.
